Laughing yoga is a common movement and breathing exercise that aims to nurture joy and the inner child within. It’s one way by which we can release daily stressors.
Through a series of movement and breathing exercises, laughing yoga (or laughter yoga) promotes deliberate laughter.
It’s used as a remedy for physical, psychological, and spiritual ailments, as advocates believe that intentional (simulated) laughter can provide benefits equal to those of spontaneous laughter (e.g., laughing at a joke).
Combined with meditation/relaxation with horses, this session will give you an opportunity to slow down your mind in today’s fast paced world, and a chance to let go of your stressors through laughter.
You will be immersed in a 4 hours course where you will learn about your chakras (energy centers), conscious reiki, and how to help ease your energy blockages through body movement with the #horses embodiment and yoga.
📚 9 am to 10 am - Chakra theory: what are the chakras and what is their connection with the emotions and parts of the body. The importance of body movement to align our energy flow.
🐴 10 am to 10.30 am - Work with the horses: grounding exercise and conscious reiki chakra scan: identify your blockages.
🐎 10.30 am to 11.30 am - Work the horses: meet the herd and embodiment exercises.
🧘♀️ 11.30 to 12.30 pm - Chakra Yoga series. You will learn key positions to help release and balance your body energy.
